"Your insurance Representative Jayson Y. Concerning my experiences with him, he is only interested in selling insurance. Once he gets a customer, he does not care about his responsibilities to his customers like me. Cost me a lot of money and grief for his careles actions. I was without car insurance because of his carelessness for 16 days. I sent him a message in writing after he and I spoke on April 23rd to tell him to change the cancellation date from April 11 to April 30 on April 24th. He never did change the date of cancellation, so I would have time to purchase another bundled auto and basic renters insurance plan.. I called him again on Apr 24th to verify that he received my message. He did get my message, and he would make the cancelation date change. The following week on April 28th, I get a notice from HQ that I will not be getting a refund from the policies I purchased on April 10, 2025 and the policies were canceled on April 11, 2025. That is absolutely crazy and incorrect! Why could you not just refund my cc payment for the $170 for the auto discount?!!! Also, Jason probably never informed HQ that I was not on a monthly payment plan. This should have been done immediately after I paid my auto premiums in full with 2 single payments for the last year beginning May 26th, 2024, because I kept getting monthly payment notices from State Farm HQ. Reasons why I canceled all policies: . On April 10th: I purchased policies from your office and made two separate payments one for the bundled auto policy with basic renters insurance paid on April 10th, and one with 3rd party dwelling injury protection plan also paid on April 10th. This policy was purchased separately from the bundled policy. The woman I spoke to about this said that I would be receiving a discount on my auto policy since I purchased the 3rd party injury home protection plan. This was true because I received a discounted invoice with the new auto insurance rate, saving me $170.60 about one week later. Come to find out, after I paid all the policies in full, that in order to get the auto discount rate, I had to be refunded for the bundled plan. The total processing time would more than likely exceed the orginal expiration date on my policy which was May 26th, 2025 because of not only State Farm's processing time for the refund but my monthly credit card's statement processing time regarding the 170.60 dollar discount. Therefore, I would wind up with a heavy late fee, more than likely exceeding the auto discount, once I repaid the bundled plan. Mike, my question to you is: What kind of insurance agency are you running?!! No one seems to know or care what the heck you are doing to customers like me. Because of your careless actions, all you are going to do is lose good paying customers like me and risk negative social media reviews. You already lost my business and received a poor review from me!! In your favor, however, I appreciated your quick response to my auto accident where a women rear ended me. You took care of that completely without any issues. Thank you for that."
