"WORST FRANCHISE EVER!!!! The fact that I have been with them for over 20 years they had no problem losing me as a customer even though I was a good paying customer. They are horrible with responding on any timely manner, they change your policy without notifying you, and JASON has horrible customer service manners. I have no idea how he is still there. I just canceled with them because I am tired of being ignored and never get phone calls back. I have to call numerous times just for someone to call me back!! Updated: I will definitely be better off to any other company who has better customer service. All these reviews are trash."
