"After being a client for nearly ten years, this is the treatment I received—lies, delays, and denial of responsibility: on August 27, 2024, Agent A confirmed my request to switch to parking insurance but failed to carry it out. When I later raised the matter with Agent J, he acknowledged my account, noting that he has witnesses Agent A making similar mistakes. He reassured me that he would correct the error with a reimbursement. After months of waiting, however, he informed me that the write-off department had denied the request. When I asked if he had explained that this was an agency error, he changed his word completely and responded that it is not their mistake. He said that it is my word against theirs. Be careful as a new client to not leave high reviews early on. I know how they pressure you to do it."
